7. Salt and pepper, to taste

For the marinade:

1. 2 tablespoons olive oil

2. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

3. 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari (for gluten-free option)

4. 1 teaspoon dried oregano

5. 1 teaspoon garlic powder

6. 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

7. 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

Instructions:
