COconut French toast

Why not make breakfast an unforgettable one with our Coconut French Toast? Classic & delicious. what makes this a fan favorite is that it's transformative. Just Add some berries and bananas topped with coconut flakes and you got yourself the perfect morning breakfast. Swap the berries for Nutmeg & Cinnamon and you have a delicious fall breakfast everyone can enjoy!
Ingridents

1/2 C. Coconut milk

2 tsp. of nutritional yeast

1 tsp. of Agave Nectar

4 Tbsp. Coconut flakes (Reserve 2 Tbsp. for garnish)

1 tsp. of Tapioca Flour/Cassava Flour

Pinch of salt

1 C. of mixed berries for garnish
Instructions

Add 1 Tbsp. of coconut oil to a hot pan (10" or larger)

Whisk all ingredients in a medium bowl

Add into a shallow pie pan or dish for easy dunking

Dunk each slice into the mixture, coating the entire slice and letting it absorb the liquid

Once the pan is spongy, quickly move it to the hot pan

Cook evenly on both sides(usually 2-3 minutes depending on your stove)
CHEF NOTES

Coconut milk can be replaced with any other nut milk

Tapioca flour/ starch can be replaced with cassava root flour. It is used to thicken the mixture.
