Creamy Peppered Guacamole


The fruit of the Avocado reign supreme in my house. When asked "in a fire what would be the one object you'd save" my reply without hesitation is my Molcajete (Guacamole Maker). There is no place I want to be if this isn't with me. The delicious fats and the complex of the nutrients make for a beautiful dance in your mouth




Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Serving Size: 4-6 oz



Ingredients for Creamy Guacamole


  • 2 Hass Avocados

  • 1/2 lime juiced

  • 1 tsp. Vegan Mayonnaise

  • 1/8 C. Cilantro, finely chopped 

  • ¼ Red pepper, diced





  1. Sharp Knife (Chefs)

  2. Measuring Spoons

  3. Small bowl for mixing

  4. Fork or spoon for mixing



Instruction For Creamy Guacamole



  1. Start by slicing and dicing the red pepper and place in the bowl

  2. Chop up the Cilantro

  3. Cut and scoop out avocados into the bowl 

  4. Add in the Mayonnaise & Cilantro

  5. Mix all ingredients completely

  6. Cut and juice one lime into the bowl








Guacamole is best served fresh. Store in a sealed container for up to 2 days with a slice of lemon to help slow the process of oxidation.
