Enchilada Sauce

Ingredients

Olive Oil: 1/4 Cup

Chili Powder: 3 Tbsp.

Tomato Sauce: 8 oz. or 1 Can

Water or Vegetable Broth: 1 Cup

Ground Cumin: 2 tsp.

Minced Garlic: 1 Tbsp.

Salt: Pinch

Instructions
-
Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat

Add the chili powder and stir
-
Cook until the bright red color turns a bit brown while stirring

In a bowl mix the rest of the ingredients until it is fully blended

Add to your saucepan and whisk until fully mixed

Cook for 8-10 minutes on medium heat until thickened
Storage
Store in a sealed GLASS jar and store in the refrigerator
Chefs Notes
1: Add 1-2 Tbsp. of Tapioca Flour to increase thickness
