1 pound of seitan cut into the desired steak tip shape (See homemade seitan recipe)
*optional* teaspoon of grapeseed oil
2 tsp. of dried sage
1/2 tsp. of salt
1 tsp. of black pepper
1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
1 Tbsp. of agave nectar
1/8 tsp. of crushed red pepper
1 pinch of ground cloves
Pre-heat stove-top to Medium Heat
After you have cut your seitan into your desired shapes place the seitan, the seasonings, and agave into a Ziplock bag. And shake vigorously! Make sure all the pieces of seitan are completely coated with agave nectar and seasonings.
Let Tips marinate for 5 minutes,
Pour your grapeseed oil into a pan on medium heat. Or if you wish to use water or veggie broth to lightly coat the skillet so the steak tips won't stick to your pan.
