Quick soaked oats

Having the inlaws stay with you for the weekend? Are you and the family planning an early morning trip and You don't want to get fast food on the road? Well, a little prep the night before can do you wonders! 

Ingredients 

Fruits and Oatmeal Breakfast

  • 1 C Oats

  • 1 ripe Banana

  • 1 Tbsp Chia seeds

  • ½ C Cashew milk

  • ¼ C Blueberries

  • ¼ C Raspberries

  • 1 Tbsp Nut butter

  • Pinch of cinnamon

  • In a 16 oz mason jar add your ingredients in this order (oats, chia seeds, mashed banana berries, peanut butter and finally cashew milk)

  • Shake or stir until fully incorporated and wet

  • Enjoy or save for lunchtime for a fiver filled meal with energy boosters and nutrition.

 

CHEF NOTES

 

  • Any nut milk can be used

  • Any nut butter can be used

  • Making the night before will save you even more time

  • Make fresh and enjoy fresh
