Mac 'n' Cheese Grilled Cheese Delight

Ingredients:

4 slices of sourdough bread

1 cup macaroni and cheese (prepared)

1/2 cup vegan cheddar cheese, shredded

2 tbsp vegan butter
Instructions:

Cook macaroni and cheese according to package instructions.

Spread vegan butter on one side of each sourdough bread slice.

On the unbuttered side of two slices, evenly layer vegan cheddar cheese.

Spoon a generous amount of macaroni and cheese onto the cheese-covered slices.
